Walk the Frog, the self-titled game from German dev team Walk the Frog, is available now on Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android. It’s a wonderful narrative puzzle adventure I very much enjoyed on PC.

You help Froggo get home in time for the Froggapalooza festival, but his world is scrambled. It’s made up of sticky notes that you move around to open paths and overcome obstacles. Along the way, you meet other animals to befriend and help.

The story and writing are whimsical and heartwarming, but the beautiful art is the star of the show. Everything is hand-drawn in pen and marker on sticky notes, all placed on a green self-healing cutting mat.

The game’s 18 levels are great to play in small chunks, making it a perfect fit for portable gaming on a Switch or smartphone. I highly recommend this one.
