Cursemark Joins Publisher Mad Mushroom

Initially slated for Early Access release in early November, Cursemark from developer CLYDE has been delayed by about 6 months after signing with publisher Mad Mushroom. This is one to look forward to, based on the quality of CLYDE’s excellent Into the Necrovale, which left Early Access in September of last year and has received frequent updates.

From the Steam store page:

Forge your own path in Cursemark, an Action-Exploration Roguelite, where you craft unique spells on your journey through the Unknown Lands. Each run you will discover new artifacts, runes, and secrets in this haunted kingdom beyond the edge of the world.

On the Steam news post announcing the publishing deal and delay, the developer stated, “What I really care about is just making the best video game I possibly can, and I think this is the best path to doing that.” Players interested in jumping in early can join the official Discord for news of upcoming playtests.
