The Pull! [8/13/25]

Some people may say it is a random day of the week today but they are wrong for it is New Comic Book Day today! Let’s see what is on The Pull this week!

Let’s start off with Boom! Studios this week, you know what they say, third time is the charm. Mighty Morphin Power Rangers/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III #1 is out this week! That’s right they are crossing over once again! I do love these cross overs, maybe one day we can get other generations of Power Rangers to be involved that would be pretty cool! This comic is $4.99!

From Dynamite this week it’s a brand new Space Ghost #1! This can be considered a continuation of the previous series but it is a new jumping on point for readers! Brand new adventures to follow the team on and old villains coming back to try and rip them apart! This comic is $4.99!

From Marvel this week we have The Ultimates #15! With the first appearance of Shang-Chi in this new Ultimate Universe he seems to also have the powers of the Iron Fist and is leading an insurgency as the Ultimates show up! This comic is $4.99!

From Image Comics this week, it’s the finale of Bug Wars, with Bug Wars #6! I am sad to see this series finish but it was worth the read every step of the way! Maybe it will come back around in some way in the future! This comic is $4.99!

From DC this week, it’s Superman: The Kryptonite Spectrum #1! This is a new DC Black Label series coming to us from the team that does Ice Cream Man! Just from that, I can tell this mini series is going to get into some crazy times. Four new types of Kryptonite have been discovered and Superman along with Batman find out what these are capable of doing before they fall into the wrong hands! This comic is $5.99!
