The Pull! [10.08.25]

Spooky season is finally here this year! The Pull is back and is ready to talk about some fantastic and silly comics coming out this week!

Let’s start with Dynamite this week, Harley Quinn X Elvira #1 This is one of those silly comics I just mentioned, by some weird string of events Harley and Elvira meet and team up and honestly that’s really all you need to know. If you like either of these characters you will enjoy this comic! Also going to be showing off cover E for the picture, it’s a Mark Spears cover and he really is all the rage right now! This comic is $4.99!

From Boom! Studios this week it’s Something is Killing the Children: A Monster Hunter Walks Into a Bar #1, this is the longest title I think I have ever seen on a comic. This is a group of stories told from the survivor’s perspective of how Erica Slaughter came into their lives and the lasting impact she left in her wake. This comic is $4.99!

From Marvel this week, it’s Amazing X-Men #1. This is one of several new X-Men titles coming out this month that takes us “x” years later into the future and everything has changed. They are on a suicide mission to try and save the world but who knows if they can survive. This comic is $4.99!

From DC this week, it’s DC K.O #1, it is time for DC’s big crossover event of the year and this time it’s all amount who is the strongest across the board. A turn of events leads to several heroes and villains entering a deadly tournament and with the winner being able to be on the same playing field as Darkseid on the table, it is a battle to the death. This comic is $5.99!

From Image Comics this week, it’s the start of a new era with Transformers #25! This is the first issue with Robert Kirkman and Dan Mora at the helm. This is going to be a good jumping on point for people who haven’t been reading but I do suggest you get the trade paperbacks to catch up because this series is fantastic. This comic is $4.99!

That’s it for the The Pull! this week. Some fun #1s, and new events and eras coming out this week! If you have any other recommendations let us know in the comments!
