Pit of Goblin Early Access [Review]

Pit of Goblin (to me) is a visually impressive game that reminds me of the original Nintendo DS, specifically Mario 64 DS. The gameplay combines elements of Lethal Company with a VR game called Deadly Delivery. Players embark on a quest to scavenge dungeons to feed the Goblin King-Queen. Unlike Lethal Company, players have the option to engage in combat with enemies, although success is rare. Surprisingly, the customization system is quite extensive, allowing players to create a unique goblin within their play session.

Fortunately, Pit of Goblin is still in early access because is currently plagued with bugs. We encountered numerous instances where we fell through the ground, and occasionally, a teammate would randomly die. Being in early access allows us to find the bugs and report them. To survive every session, players must meticulously remember their path through the dungeons. As the game progresses, the difficulty increases, making it increasingly challenging to recall the correct route back. Despite these bugs, Pit of Goblin remains an unexpectedly enjoyable game. I thoroughly enjoyed my time playing it and eagerly anticipate future updates. As major updates are released, I will provide an updated review for the game. Here’s a roadmap for the game’s development:
