Metroidvania games are all the rage, but more often than not they tend to lean more on the “Metroid” side than the “-vania” side – a problem that an upcoming title called Chasm hopes to address.
I had the chance to speak with Dan Adelman regarding Chasm, and was even interrupted at one point by an ardent fan eager for its release! Take a listen below as he reviews some of the challenges of developing Chasm as well as a general timeline for the game:
